1. Returns

  • To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods, grooming products, or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

 

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or wrong item).

 

3. Exchanges

  • We are happy to exchange items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos of the issue.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Opened grooming/consumable products
